Case Management & IEP Best Practices

Case Management for the School-Based Provider and IEP Best Practices are a pair of Articulate Rise courses for telehealth clinicians working in schools. My SME for this project was a telehealth speech therapist who wanted to help her colleagues become better equipped to understand their role as case managers, and apply their knowledge to their clients' Individualized Education Plans. Completing this project gave me an opportunity to hone my Rise skills, and practice using the tool for rapid course development. One of my favorite parts of designing and developing this course was creating an interactive IEP tour using Rise's hotspot widget, helping to put the learner's new knowledge into real-life context. I also enjoyed developing custom graphics for the courses using Canva, and an animation about SMART goals using Vyond. The SCORM outputs for these courses can be provided upon request.
